Returns & Refund Policy

ECUVIDA.COM — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At EcuVida, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase — whether it's the size, color, style, fit, or fabric — we will gladly accept your return under the following conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached. Items must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, or any signs of wear.  Proof of purchase is required.

2. ACCEPTED REASONS FOR RETURN

We accept returns for the following reasons:  color looks different than shown on screen, style or design is not what you expected, fabric feel or weight is not to your preference, change of mind, wrong item received, or item arrived defective or damaged.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN — AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED

Step 1 — Email us at info@ecuvida.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2 — Wait for our confirmation email with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, usually within 1–2 business days.

Step 3 — Pack the item securely in its original / optionial packaging and write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

Step 4 — Ship the package to the return address provided in your RMA email.

Step 5 — Send us your tracking number so we can monitor the shipment.

Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

4. RETURN SHIPPING VIA UPS OR OTHERS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and using a tracked service. EcuVida is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

5. REFUND PROCESS

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected at our facility. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

6. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return following the process above and place a new order separately.

7. LEGAL TERMS

By completing a purchase on Ecuvida.com, you agree to this Returns & Refund Policy. EcuVida reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
